This 4 – 5 hour workshop will teach you all you need to know to safely make your own incredible cold process soaps using natural and organic ingredients from scratch!
Using skin-loving ingredients such as unrefined shea butter, coconut oil, olive oil, natural essential oils and natural colorants, you will get to make your own 1.5kg batch of natural handmade soap to take home with you! This hands-on class will give you the confidence to make soap in your business or home.
By popular demand, we have added a lotion & cream making workshop
We get it, lotion-making can be quite intimidating (and it really is). We will carefully take you through the step-by-step process of creating your own emulsions.
You will learn to work with ingredients beyond the regular emollients, whilst learning an understanding of the different functions of each chosen ingredient.
Most importantly, you will make the lotion yourself and watch the magic happen right infront of your own eyes.

We look forward to having you in our class, sharing our skill with you, as we have done since 2016, with people from all over the world. Over the past 9 years, we have taught students from all over South Africa, East Africa, UAE, Namibia, Germany, Australia, and most recently, West Africa and USA. We have hosted family get-together as well as couple workshops.
Our private hands-on workshops are now on Tuesdays only, with group demonstrations only held one Saturday a month. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

DURING THE HANDS-ON PORTION OF CLASS YOU WILL GET TO:
- Mix and blend your own soap.
- Customise your soap with your own essential oil blends and natural (or synthetic) colourants
- Enjoy the magic and science of turning oils to soaps.
- Learn to formulate your own recipe from scratch

You will make a 1.5kg batch of soap, the equivalent of about 10 – 15 bars, from start
